How does the trading credit work?
If your initial deposit is $250+, we will put $50 non-withdrawable trading credit into your account. If you deposit $1,000-$50,000, we’ll put 20% of that amount into your account (e.g. 20% of $1,000 = $200). This credit acts as extra margin, giving you more margin to open positions. Note that the credit itself cannot be withdrawn as cash, is valid for 3 months and is can be reduced if you withdraw some or all of your initial deposit. Full terms and conditions apply.
Can I withdraw the $1 rebate?
Yes - unlike the trading credit, the $1 per lot rebates can be withdrawn. It is a rebate of the trading cost, and is calculated and credited to your account weekly. You can choose to withdraw it or use it to trade. Full terms and conditions apply.
Does the rebate apply to all trades?
The rebate applies to standard lots traded on almost all CFD instruments, with the exception of: Cryptocurrencies, Stocks, JPN 225, USDX, VIX, and all commodities except XAUUSD and XAGUSD (Gold) pairs, as well as USOUSD and UKOUSD OIl) pairs.
Is there a rule to keep the trading Credit active?
Yes, there is a balance-to-credit ratio of 1.5:1. This means you must maintain a account balance of at least 1.5x your credit amount. For example, if you have $1,000 in credit, you need to maintain an account cash balance of at least $1,500. If your balance drops below this due to losses or withdrawals, the credit may be removed.
